Flatulence, indigestion, gas—digestive problems ruin your whole day. You need to follow healthy habits and eat foods that aid digestion to prevent them.

For example, eating on time and consuming smaller portions can help. Eating certain foods regularly should not cause too many digestive issues. If problems persist, consulting a specialist doctor is advisable.

The fiber in fennel helps prevent constipation and improves your digestive system. It is a plant with long green stems, that adds flavor to food.

Fennel also contains an antispasmodic agent that relaxes the smooth muscles of your digestive tract. This action can reduce negative digestive symptoms such as bloating, flatulence, and cramping.
