What is a Coffee Enema?

Those who really want to be healthy need to perform a coffee enema because they don’t realize how much waste is in their gut.

Even those who feel they have no problems with bowel movements and feel well can try a coffee enema after going to the toilet. They will see how much waste is expelled from the gut and realize how this excess waste has been stored in their stomach.

Nowadays, due to our lifestyle and the food we eat, our gut often cannot cleanse itself properly. For this reason, performing a coffee enema 2–3 times a week can help clean your colon.

  • Gut diseases like IBS and digestive problems patients are also helpful by cleaning the colon.

How to do a coffee enema?

To perform a coffee enema, you need to arrange some ingredients like:

  • A coffee enema kit. You can buy this on Amazon or any e-commerce platform. (Use a metal bucket. Don’t use plastic bags)
  • Organic coffee beans.

Coffee enema instructions:

  • First, you need to buy a coffee enema set. You only buy metal buckets don’t buy plastic bag kits. Hang this bucket; above the bucket, you can put the powder of the organic coffee.
  • There are measurements on the buckets such as 500 ml, 1000 ml, 1500 ml. Start with 500 ml. The buckets have a lock system on the hose to control the flow.
  • Insert the last part of the hose into your rectum. Lubricate the last part of the hose, and insert 3 or 4 inches into your rectum, using coconut oil as a lubricant.
  • When everything is ready, lie in the Sims position, with your anus above the rest of your body. When you insert the hose into your anus, make sure the coffee doesn’t leak out. Tighten the hose by your anus.

When preparing the coffee enema, take the beans from the jar and grind them. To make 1 liter of coffee for the enema, you need:

  • 3 spoons of grind coffee beans.
  • A little more than 1 liter of water.

Take a pot and fill it with a little more water than 1 liter, then add 3 spoons of grind coffee beans.

Boil this for 3 minutes. After boiling for 3 minutes, cover the pot for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, it will cool down.

When you use this for the coffee enema, ensure the temperature is between 36.5 and 36.8 degrees centigrade. The temperature should be below 37 degrees centigrade to avoid burns. You can use a thermometer.

Start with a low quantity because the first time might cause discomfort. A lot of waste will be expelled from the rectum.

We don’t know how much waste is in our colon. Many IBS patients have benefited from doing coffee enemas. It is necessary for everyone to clean their gut. Whether you are healthy or unhealthy, you should clean your gut because it detoxifies the liver.

Now, place the coffee in the metal buckets, lie in the Sims position, and put a plastic sheet where you lie.

Then, insert the hose into your rectum and unlock the hose. It takes 10 to 15 minutes for the coffee to enter the colon. You may feel very uncomfortable, but be patient.

Afterward, hold the coffee in your colon for 5 to 10 minutes. During this time, you may feel a lot of pressure in your colon, but you need to hold on. After 5 or 10 minutes, go to the toilet, and you will see how much waste is in your gut.

Benefits of coffee enema before and after:

Here, we share a patient’s experience of how he got relief from IBS, allergies, stomach problems, and 12 medications by doing a coffee enema:

We met a patient who had been suffering from many stomach problems since 2006, like gastric issues, heartburn, and severe stomach pain in the morning.

He consulted a local doctor, who gave him some gastric medicine. However, his gastric problem worsened over time.

At night, he felt something stuck in his throat, and when he ate something, it wouldn’t digest properly, causing stomach bloating.

After a few years, when he ate beef or chicken, he experienced severe gas problems, with food coming back up his throat, followed by diarrhea 1 or 2 days later. During this time, his health deteriorated.

He then consulted a gastroenterology expert, who conducted some tests. The doctor diagnosed him with gastric problems and a positive H. pylori bacteria infection.

The doctor prescribed a high dose of antibiotics, like 3 to 4 pills daily. After a few days, he noticed that he had lost his sense of taste and couldn’t eat anything, becoming very sick. He faced many problems, like acid reflux, severe discomfort after eating, shortness of breath, and chest pressure.

Finally, during the COVID-19 pandemic, he tested positive for the virus, making his problems more severe. He consulted various doctors for specific issues and ended up taking more than 12 or 13 tablets daily for all his problems.

Then, he tried a coffee enema. After doing this properly, he reported that a lot of waste was expelled from his colon, and he felt comfortable for the first time in years.

He felt that his stomach was clean after many years. He also had problems like insomnia, anxiety, and depression, which are also connected to gut health. After doing the coffee enema, all these problems disappeared. Now, he leads a good life.

Nowadays, we lead an artificial life, away from nature. Our lifestyle should change, or we will continue to face problems like these diseases.
