Our body has 38 trillion bacteria, which is more than our cells. These bacteria protect us. If we want to increase our good bacteria, we need to eat natural food. Eating processed, artificial, or chemically grown food destroys our good bacteria.

We all know about antibiotics. Antibiotics kill all types of bacteria, both good and bad.
